Father's dayRain will be around Florida’s southwest coast on Father’s Day. After overnight showers, Sunday features lots of clouds, passing showers, and stormy periods as tropical moisture moves in. Highs on Sunday will be in the upper 80s.



Father's dayMonday’s weather will be dominated by moisture streaming in from the disturbance developing near the Yucatan. Look for clouds, periods of heavy rain, and some passing storms on Monday. Monday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 80s.

Clouds, showers, and a few storms will linger on Tuesday. Tuesday’s highs will be in the upper 80s.

Some sun will be around on Wednesday, with plenty of clouds and some showers as well. An afternoon storm or two is possible. Wednesday’s highs will be in the upper 80s.

Thursday will bring a mix of sun and clouds, with a few showers and maybe a late storm thrown in. Highs on Thursday will be near 90 degrees.

Father's dayIn the tropics, that area of disturbed weather near the Yucatan has a high chance of developing into a tropical depression over the next few days as it moves into the southwestern Gulf of Mexico. The wave in the central Atlantic has a medium chance of developing over the next 5 days.
