Florida’s southwest coast will see some showers and storms along with periods of sun on Saturday. Saturday features some leftover showers early, followed by a mix of sun and clouds. Then some storms will develop along the Gulf breeze is it moves well inland. Those storms will move slowly, so downpours and localized flooding are possible. Highs on Saturday will be in the low 90s.
Sunday will be a bit drier, so look for good sun, a few clouds, and maybe an afternoon storm, especially well inland. Sunday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
More moisture moves in on Monday, so look for passing showers and storms along with periods of sun. Monday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Showers and storms will linger on Tuesday, but we’ll see periods of sun as well. Tuesday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Wednesday’s forecast includes plenty of sun, a few clouds, and an afternoon storm in spots. Highs on Wednesday will be in the low 90s.
In the tropical Atlantic, that wave we’ve been watching for so long is now a couple of hundred miles east of the Turks and Caicos Islands. It has a medium chance of developing during the next few days as it moves well to the east of Florida.Click here for reuse options!
